The GFCCI shall serve as the official international governing authority for the Gloster Fancy Canary, promoting and protecting the official standard of excellence, exhibition regulations and worldwide standardisation of the Fancy.
It shall maintain an international register of approved judges, nominated and supported by the GFCCI.
The GFCCI shall provide advice and where necessary jurisdiction through each Council Member representing their Club or Country.
